While Anna Lowe is a decent writer, I don't recommend paying more than 99¢ for this one. There's just really virtually no story here. It's a series of brief vignettes about couples from previous stories, about the grandfather, and a hint about what I presume will be a future book about the unmated sister (I thought that might be the story in this book, but nope). Oh, and of course, the obligatory sex scenes among the various pairs from previous books.If you've read other books in the series and you want a brief, pleasant "where are they now?" glimpse into the characters lives, you'll enjoy DESERT YULE. But it's not a good introduction and IMHO not worth paying full price for a look at a couple hours of the characters' lives.
I'm rating this three stars based on the quality of the writing, but cautioning potential purchasers because of the shallowness of the storyline

Great little novella that catches us up on our wolves' HEAs. Even Grandpa has a softer side in this aptly timed Xmas tale.
this was a very quick read but really nice...the romance of Christmas with a large family
Desert Yule finds us revisiting all of the wonderful characters met so far. It gives us a look at what has been happening at the ranch. We meet new characters in a happy setting. This book blends the old and new together well. We get to know Carly better. This is a must read in the series.I give it 5 stars.
I love shifters I haven't read one with boars before. So I will have to check out and see which of her books I have hidden in my kindle libraries and my books.
Anna has characters so real you feel like you could meet them at the local market! Desert Yule is another mixed clan/pack enjoying the Christmas spirit. Wth all the faves from Twin Moon Ranch.
Desert Yule is a short story of the newly mated couples and a couple of new characters of the Twin Moon Ranch Series at Christmas time. It will definitely leave you teary eyed (it did me). The more I read of this series, the more I love it. It's a series you'll read over and over again.
Love this series! This is a short and sweet look at the different couples of this series during Christmas time. It's great to see how all the couples are doing, and to see their families growing. I really like all of the couples. There's chapters with each couple, and each story is sweet with some steam to them. This book is great for anyone of loves this series! Excited to read more from Anna Lowe!
